Delete your BasketPal account

You can delete your account and the data BasketPal controls at any time. Deletion is permanent.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your store account first, so you are not charged again.

Delete in the app

Open BasketPal and sign in.
Go to Account, then Privacy and data.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

Can't use the app?

Email privacy@basketpal.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete anything.

Your account and sign-in identifiers
Your active and past trips, baskets, and budgets
Your preferences and structured action data
App data stored on your device, and your active sessions

What is not deleted

Records the law requires us to keep
Statistics that are truly anonymous and can't be linked to you
Purchase records held by the App Store or Google Play, under their own policies
