Voice isn't working. What can I do?

Check that BasketPal can use the microphone in your device settings and that you're connected to the internet. Voice needs a connection; typing always works, even offline. If a language isn't available for voice yet, type your products instead.

Why is a product waiting for confirmation?

If a price is missing or a command was unclear, BasketPal asks instead of guessing. The product is not counted in your total until you resolve or discard it.

Does BasketPal work offline?

Yes for typing: manual entry and your totals keep working offline. Voice needs a connection.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel in your store account's subscription settings. Deleting your BasketPal account does not cancel it.

I changed phones. How do I get my subscription back?

Sign in with the same account, then open Account, then Subscription, and choose Restore purchase.

Can I use a different currency?

Yes. BasketPal suggests a currency from your region, and you can choose any currency when you start a trip.
